1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

- Returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate products or items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
A) Standard Refunds (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
B) Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds are not issued in cash. Upon approval, you can choose:
- Store Credit: Receive store credit for future purchases (fastest option).
- Bank Transfer: Receive your refund via direct bank transfer. You’ll need to provide your Account Holder Name, Account Number, and Routing Number.
Processing time for bank transfers may vary slightly.

Once your return is approved we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

6. Return Shipping Costs & Lost Packages
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
RIMVIE will cover the return label and ensure safe tracking of your package.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if a return is sent without prior authorization or tracking confirmation.
