For COD orders:
- A RIMVIE representative will confirm your order by phone before dispatch.
- Payment must be made in cash to the delivery driver upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Once shipped, you will receive your tracking details by email so you can monitor your package in real time.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit for your peace of mind.
6. Delivery Issues
- Wrong or Damaged Items: Please report within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Missing Packages: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment.
Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Order Edits & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period your order will enter processing and can be managed under our Return & Refund Policy.
